"What if I found some objects are damaged or missing when unpacking my boxes ?"
At the end of the move, the team leader of the movers will invite you to make a visit to your entire furniture reinstalled according to the special provisions agreed in your contract for relocation. This visit is contradictory. At the end of this formality, the team leader will invite you to fill out and sign the delivery slip of the document "letter of car". In case of damage observed by the client, or missing, the latter must mention clearly and precisely its reserves. The team leader must bear beside its own observations. Then, the client has legally three days to confirm its reservations, and even specify new by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt sent to the moving company. This period of three days begins the day after the date of the signing of the bulletin of delivery. Sundays and public holidays are no included. For the reservations shown on the bulletin of delivery, the customer does not have to justify to the liability of the company except challenge admissible of the enterprise. For the reserves are not listed on the ballot delivery, but served properly to the moving company within the period of three days, the client must establish by any means at its convenience the development cause of the responsibility of the undertaking. The reserves served on the moving company by any means beyond the legal time limit of three days are foreclosed for the development cause of the liability of the company."
